Two weeks, two grandkids' birthdays! Spoiled kids, family, food, and fine weather!!! What a great mix! Well, the caribbean nachos were kind of dry... I have never seen dryer mangos in my life!! Anyone got any great ideas on how to bring flavor out of juiceless mangos?
Mom came out last week for Leigha's birthday. Mom also went with my scout troop to the Native American Festival in Saratoga. What a cold, but fun weekend!
Dad and Karen came out this weekend for Chase's. Dad wasn't feeling great so they left early today. Kinda bummer-ish... BUT THEN... Peter and I went on a motorcycle ride to the High Peaks region of the Adirondacks! Since he has upgraded his bike to a Honda Goldwing, we can ride forever!! Today it was about a 6 hour trip! High Peaks at High Color! BEAUTIFUL!!!
My parents got to see our new house with us all moved and and somewhat organized!! 2 happy munchkins, 2 happy parents and a housefull of love! What an awesome way to start October!
