GREEK SALAD (Horiatiki Salata)

Ingredients:

1 lg. head lettuce or assorted greens
2 tomatoes (wedges)
1 cucumber (sliced)
3 scallions (sliced)
1/2 c. Calamata olives
1/2 c. Feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing:

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 clove (minced) garlic (I used garlic salt)

Wash greens and set aside to dry.  Put all ingredients in salad bowl and toss with dressing.  Serves 5.
